Jake Nowell

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Jake Nowell is currently a Junior at the University of Michigan's School of Music, Theater, and Dance studying under Adam Unsworth and Bryan Kennedy. Jake was a 2024 fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center and is currently the fourth horn in the Flint Symphony. Before coming to Michigan, he studied with Devin Gossett and Dominic Rotella, both Richmond Symphony Musicians. In his free time, Jake enjoys being physically active and cooking for his girlfriend.
