Professor Dooley is a college football historian at the University of Michigan, where he teaches three popular courses on athletics history, sports leadership, and NIL (Name, Image & Likeness).

From college football’s storied past to the future of NIL and the NCAA vs. House settlement—these are captivating talks for any audience. Dooley shares fascinating stories of mysteries and scandals from the primordial days of U-M and B1G Football. While we may be experiencing a wild time in college athletics, Dooley suggests “the more things change, the more they stay the same.”

Lansing Town Hall was organized by a group of women in 1953 to raise funds for the Lansing Symphony Orchestra. Since then, Lansing audiences have enjoyed some of the finest programs available on the lecture circuit. We appreciate your support and hope you will enjoy our 72nd season.

Individual lecture tickets are $45 each. Please call (517) 323-1045 for tickets.
